Clare Rogers

Specialisations - Foot care management
Clare Rogers

Clare trained at the SMAE Institute in Maidenhead and has been offering foot care treatments at the clinic since June 2012.

Our feet are our foundation. We often take them for granted but a problem with the health of our feet can really affect our quality of life. It is important to take care of our feet and address any minor problems early to try and prevent them from developing into more major issues.

Clare says “I like to work with the patient to try to maintain foot health through a combination of treatment and advice. As well as seeking treatment for specific foot health issues many people come to a stage in their life where they simply find it difficult to take care of their own feet. This is often due to mobility issues or perhaps eyesight problems. If this is the case for you I would urge you to seek treatment as regular foot care is important to maintain foot health in order to stay mobile and active”.

Clare provides the following treatments

  • Removal of corns and hard skin
  • Toenail cutting
  • Elderly foot care
  • Diabetic foot care
  • Treatment and advice for problems such as cracked heels, ingrown toenails, verrucae and fungal skin and nails.
  • Treatment is always tailored to the individual’s needs and will consist of a combination of the above as necessary.

Foot care treatments are available on Wednesdays and alternate Thursdays. Home
visits can be arranged for those who are unable to attend the clinic.
