Massage therapy is used to help manage a health condition or enhance wellness. It involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body. Massage has been practised in most cultures, both Eastern and Western, throughout human history, and was one of the earliest tools that people used to try to relieve pain. The term “massage therapy” includes many techniques. The most common form of massage therapy in Western countries is called Swedish or classical massage; it is the core of most massage training programs, you can have a Therapeutic Full Body Massage or a Therapeutic Back Massage. Or you can try a massage that is tailor-made with a blend of aromatic oils to suit the needs of problematic areas called a Thai Oil Body Massage. Other styles include: –
Digestive massaging can provide benefits and help relieve digestive/abdominal
issues such as constipation, bloating and menstrual pain, by massaging the lower back and
abdomen which freshens blood and oxygen to the internal organs while also working on
releasing emotional tension, which is known to have a negative effect on the digestive
system.
This relaxing and nurturing massage can also help alleviate symptoms of IBS, Crohn’s and
Celiac disease.
Pregnancy Massage will not be a deep tissue massage, instead, use light, relaxing
and long strokes which help circulation and can involve your pregnant belly, through gentle,
long strokes designed to make you feel comfortable, womanly and at ease.
A Natural Face Lift is a blend of Ayurvedic massage, acupressure, facial reflexology
techniques and lymphatic drainage. The facial massage helps combat the appearance of
wrinkles and puffiness and leaves skin looking and feeling refreshed, whilst also helping
improve muscle tone and having an immediate lifting effect.
The benefits of this facial massage are accumulative therefore a course of treatment is
advised.
Indian Head Massage: Relieves head, neck and shoulder tension, includes neck,
shoulder, scalp and facial massage. This treatment is known to improve circulation
